Mini Makeover - Thanks Sara :)

Sara was gifted a fancy make up kit from Grandma and Grandpa Butters for Christmas. I was lucky enough to be her first client!

Cuddle Time

Look who I got to cuddle with this morning? Kayli and Chris headed to the gym and brought Brynlee to our house. Derek and I were still in bed and it was a treat to have little Bryn join us! She is soooo cozy!

All these girls had a great day on the sledding hill. Apparently, half the world thought it would be a great idea too to celebrate the Monday after Christmas! 

For the first run of the day...there's nothing better than getting pushed down the hill!

Spectacular Day!

Merry Christmas Day!!!

Christmas morning and the other kids are still asleep. We had church at 9 and so the wonder of this room will just have to wait until we get back. We were up early enjoying Chris, Kayli and Brynlee, who spent the night at our house. German Pancakes were cooking in the oven and we woke the other kids up at 8:15.

It's a white Christmas outside and Brynlee will get to wear her Christmas Jammies to church.

A wonderful choir program at church and now we're home and back into pajama's for all the girls! It's time to open presents!

Chris and Jake's first gift is a credit card knife...

Madi was thrilled with the decorator lights for her room.

Brynlee must have been extra good this year. Presents surrounded her bouncer and Santa brought her a new saucer chair for when she gets a little bigger...

She'll also have to grow a little more to fit her new silver bracelet from Grandpa and Grandma.

I love watching my kids open their gifts and show each other what they get. They all did a fantastic job presenting their sibling gifts to each other too. 

Alli's excited about her new wooden Ukulele. She has already learned 3 new songs.

A new pair of snowshoes for Jake, so he won't have to borrow Derek's anymore.

The Purple jam box was one of Sara's favorites...

Good times are all around! I can't get enough of this amazing family right here.

The family Karoke Gift was a hit and all songs are available through you tube, connecting with blue tooth. We heard the girls sing all the songs from Disney's Moana.

Christmas Eve

Christmas is so magical and even more so with this cute little one around. Brynlee is such a sweetheart and she is so fun to hold. She must have known about all the excitement of the evening because she stayed awake the entire time.

Jake started the program off this year with a scripture about Christ.

After a song by Brooke and Dani, I read "The Light of Christmas".  It's one of my favorite stories.
