kitty lovin' by Bryn

This little girl was in kitty heaven today as we visited, held and admired Aunt Kathy's little kittens.

Brynlee was as gentle as she could be trying to hold these soft little kittens.

I think she could have sat here forever. She was lovin' just holding them with both hands.

When the kittens would meow, Brynlee would meow. She definitely made a cute little connection here.

Swimming in the Afternoon

It's so fun to have Kayli and Brynlee here and we are trying to get everything in.

She gets so much attention from our whole family. The girls love to play with her...

Just look at the storm clouds above, we knew we were close to a rainstorm any minute.

She loved the water fountains that spray out of the side of the shallow pool.

Such a good life! So many things to be excited about and all these people who love her!

Beautiful Sisters - Inside and Out!

Two Lovely Sisters who are the very Best of Friends!! I haven't ever known a sweeter relationship over the years. Either one of them would do anything for the other. They laugh together, cry together and they fight cancer together. Encouraging each other daily is their constant goal. What a wonderful example of friendship and love.

Alli and John are Engaged - What??

It was a huge surprise to her and John did a great job acting like he didn't want to be there. Alli took a weekend trip with John and his family to Southern California. When John's sister-in-law mentioned that they should go check out the sunset at the beach, John acted disinterested. His plan was to propose to Alli on the beach, but he didn't want her to expect it. Some of John's family went with them to the Laguna Beach and started taking sunset pictures of them all around. John found the right moment and lowered down on one knee to ask Alli. Alli kept wondering why John was trying to look shorter than her, and then he pulled out the ring and it clicked that he was asking to marry her. She was surprised and very excited!

They will be married on August 11th in the Payson Temple - Two weddings in August. Wow!

Celebrating Dad's Birthday!

My Dad's one of the greatest guys of any guy around. He makes others so happy and is always encouraging us to do our best. I am amazed at how many friends he has. He is so good at keeping connected with people.

Before the Algae Bloom

Utah Lake is so convenient from our home. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there. We can be on the lake so quick. However, the season there is short because once the temperatures heat up the algae grows. Sometimes they have had to close the lake due to this condition.

A year ago we met Kate here for the first time. A lot has happened since then and all for the better. These two are meant to be together - they have so much in common.
